Based on the iconic MA40 Assault Rifle from Halo, this large-scale cosplay prop is supplied as multiple printed sections, allowing for easier assembly, reinforcement, finishing, and customization. The detailed design includes features such as a removable magazine and a hollowed electronics compartment for advanced prop builders.

Product Details

• Material: Printed in durable PETG for excellent strength and durability.
• Design: Detailed replica of the MA40 Rifle from Halo, designed for cosplay, display, and Halo collections.
• Construction: Printed in individual pieces for easier assembly and finishing.
• Size: Measures approximately (87 cm) in length when fully assembled.
• Removable Magazine: Magazine uses 10mm × 3mm circular magnets to allow removal (magnets not included).
• Electronics Ready: Space behind the LED display has been hollowed out to allow installation of custom electronics (electronics not included).
• Reinforcement: Lengths of dowels needed: 1/2″- 730mm, 475mm     1/4″ – 360mm
• Finish: Supplied as a raw 3D print requiring assembly, sanding, filling, priming, and painting before use.

Interior holes have been cut for 1/2″ and 1/4″ diameter wooden rods to greatly increase overall prop strength. Holes have also been cut in the magazine and stock for 10mm x 3mm diameter magnets so it can snap into place.

• You will receive an unfinished DIY kit, not a completed or painted rifle.
• To comply with UK law, this blaster replica will be printed in orange filament to clearly identify it as a non-functional cosplay prop.
• No electronics, magnets, wooden reinforcement dowels, or additional finishing materials are included unless stated.
• Additional post-processing is required to achieve your preferred final appearance.
• Filament colour may vary where applicable, although orange filament will be used for UK compliance.
