Printed in durable PETG, this full-size wearable helmet is supplied as an unfinished DIY kit, allowing you to sand, assemble, prime and paint it to achieve a professional-quality finish.

Product Details
Your Republic Commando Helmet RAW 3D Printed DIY Kit is printed in durable PETG and supplied in multiple parts for easier assembly and finishing.
The helmet has been pre-separated and is designed to use 6 mm diameter × 3 mm deep magnets (not included), allowing the sections to snap together for a secure and accurate fit.
For easier post-processing and painting, the following components are also supplied separately:
- Ear pieces
- Aerators
- Mouth detail components
A visor template is included to help you cut and size your own visor.
As this is a RAW DIY kit, the helmet requires sanding, filling, priming and painting before use.
Due to the precision required for the magnetic assembly system, this helmet is supplied in one standard size only and cannot be custom scaled.
No visor materials, magnets, electronics or padding are included with this kit.
Each helmet is printed to order, and filament colour may vary depending on current stock.

This is an unfinished RAW 3D printed DIY kit and is not supplied painted or assembled. Small layer lines, support marks and surface imperfections are a normal part of the 3D printing process and are intended to be removed during post-processing.
The helmet is designed for 6 mm × 3 mm magnets (not included) and is supplied in one standard size only. Custom scaling is not available due to the precision required for the magnetic assembly system.
A visor template is included, however no visor materials are supplied.
Magnets, visor materials, electronics and padding are not included.
Each kit is made to order, so please allow time for printing, quality inspection and careful packaging before dispatch.
