Printed in durable PETG, these full-size wearable helmets are supplied as unfinished DIY kits, giving you complete creative freedom to sand, assemble and paint them to achieve an authentic battle-worn finish.
Designed by Dungeons and Starships, these highly detailed helmets are inspired by the brutal armour worn by the Uruk warriors and are ideal for cosplay, conventions, collectors, LARP displays and fantasy prop builders.

Choose from three highly detailed helmet variations:
- Uruk Berserker Helmet – Fits approximately 24 inch (61 cm) head circumference.
- Uruk Hai Helmet – Fits approximately 24 inch (61 cm) head circumference with a snug fit and minimal room for padding.
- Uruk Hai Captain Helmet – Fits approximately 23 inch (58 cm) head circumference.
Each helmet is printed in durable PETG and supplied in multiple parts for easier assembly and finishing.
As this is a RAW DIY kit, your helmet will require sanding, assembly, priming and painting before use. These models feature intentional surface texture as part of the original design, helping to recreate the rough forged appearance of the source material. This texture is part of the model itself and is not a printing defect.
Due to the unique shapes and proportions of these helmets, custom scaling is not available.
Each helmet is printed to order, and filament colour may vary depending on current stock.
